Randy Pausch

In August 2007, Carnegie Mellon professor Randy Pausch‘s pancreatic cancer recurred, and he was told he had 3 to 6 months to live. Spare about 76 minutes for this – it’s totally worth it. (Especially that segment starting about 6 mins 20 secs from the end!)
