How to tell when you are stressed and do something about it

I observed something the other day.  When one is stressed, grumpy, having a bad day, corny jokes are a lot less funny.  In fact, one could probably say that stress is a lesser tolerance for corn…

And how do you remedy that?  A friend saw this on a greeting card at Borders: “STRESSED is DESSERTS spelled backwards.”  So, when you’re stressed, de-stress by eating desserts :P
